VDx® CSFV 5’NCR RT-PCR is a RT-PCR based test for detection of CSFV RNA.
- CSFV can detect amplified products of 421 bp
- No cross-reactivity with bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) or border disease virus (BDV) of the pestivirus genus.
- Load of PCR product on agarose gel without adding a loading dye and perform electrophoresis.
