INgene® q Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of P. aeruginosa DNA in samples from Cattle, Small ruminants, Swine, Rabbit, Equine. The assay is optimized for samples like milk, lung, ear/eye swabs and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
