INgene q Mycoplasma agalactiae

INgene® q Mycoplasma agalactiae is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of M. agalactiae DNA in samples from Small ruminants. The assay is optimized for samples like milk, nasal/ear secretions, synovial fluids, tissues and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
