Canine serum positive to Brucella canis diluted in PBS, 10% bovine serum, 0.09% sodium azide. Sterile filtered and culture negative for Brucella canis. Intended to be used as a positive control in immunofluorescence technique. This serum should be used undiluted to demonstrate specific fluorescence.
