VDx® FMDV SAT1 qRT-PCR is used for the detection of viral RNA of Foot-and mouth disease virus (FMDV)’s SAT1 serotype by real-time PCR method. This is a real-time RT-PCR premix designed for the additional differentiation of FMDV SAT1 serotype in samples that are confirmed positive for FMDV.
