INgene q Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis

INgene® q Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of C. pseudotuberculosis DNA in samples from Small ruminants, Equine, Cattle. The assay is optimized for samples like milk, swabs, abscessed lymph nodes and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
