INgene q Listeria monocytogenes

INgene® q Listeria monocytogenes is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of L. monocytogenes DNA in samples from Cattle, Small ruminants, Swine, Rabbit, Equine. The assay is optimized for samples like milk, cerebrospinal fluids, brain, pre-enrichment broth and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
