INgene q Neospora caninum

INgene® q Neospora caninum is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of N. caninum DNA in samples from Cattle, Dogs, Small ruminants. The assay is optimized for samples like fetal tissues, brain, placenta, vaginal/endocervical secretions, milk and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
