INgene q Toxoplasma gondii

INgene® q Toxoplasma gondii is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of T. gondii DNA in samples from Small ruminants, Cattle, Cats, Dogs. The assay is optimized for samples like fetal tissues, brain, placenta, vaginal/endocervical secretions and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
