INgene q Tritrichomonas foetus

INgene® q Tritrichomonas foetus is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of T. foetus DNA in samples from Cattle. The assay is optimized for samples like reproductive secretions, preputial and vaginal/endocervical flushings, semen, placenta, fetal tissues and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
