INgene q Chlamydiaceae

INgene® q Chlamydiaceae is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of Chlamydiaceae DNA in samples from Cattle, Small ruminants, Swine, Equine, Rabbit. The assay is optimized for samples like vaginal/endocervical secretions, ocular secretions, semen, uterus, placenta, fetal tissues, milk, synovial fluids and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
