INgene® q Eimeria spp. is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of Eimeria DNA in samples from Small ruminants, Swine, Rabbit, Poultry, Cattle. The assay is optimized for samples like faeces, rectal swabs, intestine and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel, making it a simplex real-time PCR in one-well format.
