INgene q Brucella suis

INgene® q Brucella suis is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of B. suis DNA in samples from Swine. The assay is optimized for samples like vaginal/endocervical secretions, uterus, placenta, fetal tissues and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
