INgene® q Clostridium haemolyticum is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of C. haemolyticum DNA in samples from Cattle, Small ruminants, Swine. The assay is optimized for samples like organs, blood and strains/vaccines. This kit detects the pathogen DNA in FAM channel and includes an Endogenous Control (HEX/VIC), making it a duplex real-time PCR in one-well format, allowing identification of false negatives due to poor extraction and/or PCR inhibition.
